How it works

A considered path from idea to publication.

The intended end-to-end journey is simple. Today’s private beta focuses on the brand, draft, approval and test-scheduling stages.

  1. Connect accounts

    In development

Choose business accounts you are authorised to manage through official Meta authorisation. Facebook and Instagram connections are being developed; Threads support is planned.

  2. Set up your brand

    Private beta

Bring together your market, audience, voice, goals and approved claims. Your brand profile gives the content workflow a shared reference.

  3. Plan your content

    Private beta

Prepare drafts and upload media for review. Organise scheduled work in its timezone. AI-generated strategies, suggestions and Doana media are future additions.

  4. Review the exact version

    Private beta

Check the text and media before giving approval. A change to the content must not silently inherit approval for a different version.

  5. Publish with permission

    In development

The current beta can exercise scheduling through a simulator and record a test result. Real publication will require an enabled provider, an authorised account and a genuine platform result.

  6. Learn from the results

    Planned

Performance insights from connected accounts will help inform the next content cycle when available. Unavailable or incomplete data must stay clearly labelled.

Approval is part of the workflow.

Connecting an account does not grant unlimited permission to act. Content needs its own review, and every integration remains subject to the permissions and controls available on the platform.
