Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of personal information held by ORSENATAS LTD in connection with Social. This page provides a manual contact route; it is not an automated Meta deletion callback.

Send a request
Email info@orsenatas.com. The subject “ORSENATAS Social — data deletion request” helps us identify the request, but is not mandatory.
Describe the information you want removed and the email address used to contact us. For a beta-related request, include the relevant business or workspace name and, where useful, the social-account identifier. Explain your authority if acting for another person or a business. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents.
What happens next
We assess your request, verify identity or authority where necessary, identify the relevant information and explain what we can delete. We respond within the applicable legal time limit. If a permitted extension or exception applies, we explain it.
Deletion includes relevant live correspondence and identified copies. Where information must be retained for a specific legal reason, we explain that reason and the remaining scope. Backup copies may persist until the applicable replacement or deletion cycle; our response explains their handling and any remaining limits. We do not treat removal of one record as proof that all copies have disappeared.
Workspace and platform information
The current private beta does not provide comprehensive self-service account or workspace erasure. A workspace request needs a scoped manual assessment of account records, content, images, approvals and history. This page does not promise instant or automated deletion.
Signing out ends access, not data retention. A local disconnect control, where available, removes stored connection credentials and disables that connection; metadata and history can remain. It does not itself revoke permission at Meta or delete posts on a platform.
If you previously granted a platform permission, you can remove the integration through the settings of the account that granted it. Data and posts held by the platform are subject to its own controls. Our current beta uses simulated publication.
